A little while ago I finished answering a question that was posted yesterday about " why every time a happy adoptee posts an answer they get a bunch of thumbs down". It got me to thinking about some things , so I decided to flip that coin and throw it back out there! Why is it that every time a adoptee talks about how bad it has been for them, or they didn't like the fact that they were given away, or that they were adopted, or they wish they would of been aborted instead of living as an adoptee , You don't acknowledge that the majority of adoptions stories are not " happy ones" , instead you just talk about the small happy side of adoptees and you dismiss all the others as, bitter, mental, hateful, un grateful......etc.
You may have had a great experience being adopted, and you might even have a happy life, but you need to realize that there are very few of your happy stories out there compared to the nightmares all of the rest of us have gone through! I would like to hear what you have to say?
